View your plan

Open Account → Plan to see the plan, status, and any renewal or cancellation information provided for your account. Use the displayed checkout or subscription-management control when available. Confirm the actual price and terms on the checkout page. Private access to a linked machine is available on Free. Pro enables public hosted apps, GitHub deployment, and a higher machine limit. The plan page and server determine current availability; a Pro control may explain that upgrades are not yet available on the deployment. After checkout, allow the plan page to update. Returning from checkout is not itself confirmation that the account’s plan changed. If it remains unchanged, keep the receipt and contact support before attempting a duplicate purchase.

Update preferences

Open Account → Settings:
  • Profile shows the account email, sign-in provider, and name. These fields are read-only here.
  • Appearance controls light, dark, or system appearance.
  • Email controls product notifications and the newsletter. Review the saved state after a change; a failed request does not save the preference.
  • Sessions offers Sign out for this browser and Sign out everywhere for Nerdit browser sessions.
  • Docs & support links to documentation and support@nerdit.ai.
For connected assistants, dashboard sessions, and install keys, use Control access.

Delete your account

Under Danger zone, choose Delete…, read the consequences, and enter the account email to confirm.
Account deletion is irreversible. It unlinks machines, ends connections, erases account personal data, and initiates cancellation of a paid plan. It does not uninstall the Engine or delete the workloads on your machines. A later sign-in creates a new, empty Nerdit account.
Read the deletion receipt for the outcome of subscription cancellation and sign-in-provider cleanup. If it reports a remaining action, complete that action; do not assume a redirect means all external cleanup succeeded.
